• Accommodation

There are lots of hotels near to Trent Vineyard. We’ve put together a list of those here.

• Food

As well as cafés, meal deals and food vans onsite, we have also put together a list of nearby restaurants here.

• Car Parking

We have limited car parking on site, so we would ask delegates where possible to car share or use the tram.

• Can I bring my children?

We are only able to offer a childrens programme for 0-4’s. The children's programme will run from 09:30-12:30 and 2:15-3:30pm at both VLG A and VLG B.

There is a cost of £30 per child. Nursing babies who are kept in the care of their parents come for free and don’t need a ticket.

• Safeguarding

Vineyard Leaders' Gathering will be conducted in accordance with VCUKI's Safeguarding Policy. For more information, you can view our Safeguarding Statement.

• Hearing Loop and British Sign Language

To access the hearing loop please sit at the front on the right hand side of the auditorium. BSL is available at VLG (A) during all main sessions.
